Thank you for visiting the website of Bethel Baptist Church.  We hope that you will find everything you need to determine if Bethel Baptist is the right church for you.  We know that as many people move into our area it is hard to know where to start looking for a church home.  Please look through our visitor section where we hope you will find answers to all your questions.  We believe the Bible to be the Divine Word of God and we seek to glorify God in the following ways.  Let's begin by looking at three of the most distinctive characteristics about our church.

First, “Scripture and Prayer to conform us to the image of Christ” is our goal and the theme of all we do.  That is what separates a church from any other group of people.  II Peter 3:18 makes it clear that our purpose is to “grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”  That purpose is our primary desire at Bethel as we emphasize scripture and prayer.

Second, we believe that as a church we are to be a life saving station where we spread the light of God’s Word to all around us.  We want to reach into the community, not only with a helping hand, but the good news of salvation (John 3:16).

Third, we desire to be a multi-generational, family oriented church where everyone fits together as one big church family.  Following the principles taught in Ephesians 4:12-16, “Til we all come in the unity of the faith”.  We pray that our services reflect that desire with a perfect combination of tradition and variety.
